PendletonHigh.com Terms of Service
PendletonHigh.com's Terms of Services ("Terms" or the "Agreement") are as follows. These Terms are an agreement between you and PendletonHigh.com.
Note: This site is not directly affiliated with Pendleton County School District.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By completing registration process, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age Restriction: No persons under the age of 17 may register on PendletonHigh.com.
3. Service Limitations: PendletonHigh.com is not responsible for any loss of data from users or periods of time in which that data is not available.
4. Usage Guidelines
A). Provide Accurate Information.
B). Users are fully responsible for anything that occurs on the system using their password.
C). Adhere to all laws while using the site.
D). Do not collect email addresses for marketing purposes. Do not data scrape this site.
5. Rights That You Grant to PendletonHigh.com: You agree that PendletonHigh.com staff have access to your account and records as reasonably needed to investigate complaints.
6. Various Legal Matters
A). Disclaimer of Warranties: Use the service at your own risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PendletonHigh.com disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied.
B). No Endorsement of Member Content: PendletonHigh.com does not endorse the content of any member and is not responsible or liable for any content. PendletonHigh.com does not pre-screen all content, but PendletonHigh.com will have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, edit, or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.
D). Indemnification. You agree to protect and fully compensate PendletonHigh.com from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs resulting from your use of this service.
7. Limitations of Liability: YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE.
8. Use Restriction: The material on PendletonHigh.com web sites is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Pendleton High alumni only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
9. You hereby agree to not:

- Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- attempt in anyway to breach the security or integrity of PendletonHigh.com.
- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
10. PendletonHigh.com is neither responsible nor liable for any use, misuse, or abuse of the data contained on its servers. When you enter data into the site, you do so at your own risk. PendletonHigh.com is not responsible for anything that happens with that data.
