PendletonHigh.com's Terms of Services ("Terms" or the "Agreement") are as follows. These Terms are an agreement between you and PendletonHigh.com.

2. Age Restriction:  No persons under the age of 17 may register on PendletonHigh.com. 


3. Service Limitations:  PendletonHigh.com is not responsible for any loss of data from users or periods of time in which that data is not available. 


4. Usage Guidelines

A). Provide Accurate Information. 
B). Users are fully responsible for anything that occurs on the system using their password.  
C). Adhere to all laws while using the site.
D). Do not collect email addresses for marketing purposes.  Do not data scrape this site.

PendletonHigh.com does not pre-screen all content, but PendletonHigh.com will have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, edit, or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.
